• Recognizing signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis
• Administering epinephrine via auto-injector
• Performing CPR on a patient experiencing anaphylaxis
• Understanding the importance of early intervention in anaphylactic reactions
• Differentiating between mild allergic reactions and anaphylaxis
• Communicating effectively with emergency services
• Providing reassurance and support to the patient during anaphylactic episode
• Knowing how to use a defibrillator in case of cardiac arrest
• Understanding the role of antihistamines and steroids in treating anaphylaxis
• Implementing strategies to prevent future anaphylactic reactions

Assessment

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
