On the other hand, on-campus MBA programs provide a more immersive learning experience with face-to-face interactions with professors and classmates.
The learning outcomes of both online and on-campus MBA programs are similar, focusing on developing leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. However, online programs may require students to be more self-disciplined and motivated to stay on track without the structure of in-person classes.
The duration of an online MBA program is typically shorter than an on-campus program, ranging from 12 to 24 months compared to the traditional 2-year on-campus MBA. This accelerated timeline appeals to students looking to earn their degree quickly and advance their careers sooner.
