It recognizes that neurodivergent individuals, such as those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences, bring unique perspectives and strengths to the workplace.

The Extended Undergraduate Programme in Neurodiversity in the Workplace is designed to help organizations create inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. This program covers a range of topics, including:

Module Description
1. Introduction to Neurodiversity Understanding the different neurological variations and how they impact individuals in the workplace.
2. Creating Inclusive Workspaces Strategies for fostering an inclusive work culture that celebrates diversity.
3. Communication and Collaboration Effective communication techniques and team collaboration in neurodiverse teams.
4. Accommodations and Support Identifying and implementing accommodations to support neurodivergent employees.
