Course Content

1. Microsoft Word: Training in creating and formatting documents, including working with text, formatting options, tables, headers and footers, page layout, styles, and templates. Students may also learn about advanced features like mail merge, macros, and collaboration tools.

2. Microsoft Excel: Instruction in working with spreadsheets, including data entry, formatting, formulas and functions, charts and graphs, data analysis tools, and data visualization. Advanced topics may include pivot tables, macros, and data validation.

3. Microsoft PowerPoint: Training on creating effective presentations, including slide design, layout, adding text, images, and multimedia, applying animations and transitions, and presenting with confidence. Advanced topics may cover slide master, customizing themes, and creating interactive presentations.

4. Microsoft Outlook: Instruction on using Outlook for email management, calendar scheduling, contact management, task tracking, and collaboration. Topics may include composing and organizing emails, managing appointments and meetings, setting up rules and filters, and utilizing Outlook productivity features.
