Entry requirements

The Learners must possess:
● Level 6 Award/Diploma or a bachelors degree or any other equivalent qualification
or
● 5 years or more of work experience in case you do not hold any formal qualification
and
● Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.

The programme consists of 2 stages.

Stage 1 leads to award of Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law

● Commercial Trust Law
● Industrial and Intellectual Property Law
● Law of Financial Crimes
● Company Law
● Legal Research and Research Methods
● Corporate Governance – Principles and Practices

❯ Successful completion of Stage 1 leads to progression to Stage 2

Stage 2 leads to award of LLM Business Law Degree
● Business Law
❯ Successful completion of Stage 2 leads to award of Degree by the university.

Assessment

The evaluation process is conducted through the submission of assignments, and there are no written examinations involved.

18 Months: GBP £7700
24 Months: GBP £6700 This programme does not have any additional costs.
The fee is payable in monthly, quarterly, half yearly instalments.

24 Months - GBP £6700

● Payment option (a) - GBP £372 x 18 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b) - GBP £1117 x 6 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (c) - GBP £1675 x 4 half yearly instalments
● Payment option (d) - GBP £6365 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% discount on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

Accreditation

 Stage 1 (Delivered by LSIB):
The programme involves delivery through on-line Learning Management System (LMS). This stage leads to award of Level 7 Diploma International Business Law. Credits earned at this stage - 120 credits (60 ECTS).

Stage 2 (Delivered by the University / awarding body)
On completion of the diploma programme you progress / Top up with Degree through a UK University for progression to the MBA degree. The stage 2 is delivered via distance learning by faculties from the University / awarding body. Credits earned at this stage - 60 credits (30 ECTS).
